The wide swimming action of the Illex Chibi Dartrun 38 AREA is attractive as is the ability to rest the plug on the bottom nose first without snagging.
Darting lures work well when reservoir fishing and the trout are simply ignoring straight retrieved lures.
The Chibi Dartrun is more compact than the bigger Dartruns so appeals to smaller fish or wary fish that are not grabbing bigger lures.
Principally designed for area style reservoir fishing the Chibi Dartrun also works well on small streams and rivers.
